Back in 2006 when Google acquired Neven Vision, did anyone start thinking what they were going to do with the companies technology? Well you can start to see it in the following example.
Using Googles Image Search, lets look for good ole Microsoft images:
http://…&q=microsoft&btnG=Search+Images
Simple enough.. oh look at times of things related to Microsoft.
Now add one extra param to the end of the url:
http://….&q=microsoft&btnG=Search+Images&imgtype=face
(imgtype=face)
Looks, lots of Microsoft related “FACES”
Thanks to Neven Vision technology and smarts, they now have the initial facial recognition added to the image searching.
Now just enter your aunts name and faces and see if she shows up.
Hows that for creepy?!?!
