It is a sad day that any human passes away. It is a very sad day for the tech industry that has lost a true visionary. Never much of a Fruit fan, but regardless if you loved Apple or despised, Steve (with Woz help) really is what made Apple, Apple.
Personally, this will be the day either Apple will survive to live another day or will be the final call. Steve was Apple and without him, how will they have the vision to still be Apple and not just another tech company. If the 1st keynote without Steve at the helm was any indication, things don’t look so good. 
I will end, Apple you better get it right going forward, or Steve’s passing will be even one of many sad points from here on out!
