Colbert being interviewed by O’Reilly what a match up.
Colbert is at the top of his game as usual. Poor Bill did not stand a chance.
“Emulate you, Love and Peace, thats you Bill”
“This is what I love about you Bill, your a giver. You give and give and give!”
“I do fear bears. The giant, marading, godless killing machines.”
“I am doing you Bill. They hate me.” (Its a love thing!)
Who do you love more? Colbert wit or O’Reilly pompous I rule the roost. Bill loves himself and knows that he is right, but do others?
Is that French or not?

The bulletin is suppose to release a new website and make a “Major Announcement”.
It is speculated the doomsday clock will be moved closer to midnight. It last changed to seven minutes before midnight back in 2002. I would speculate that it will move at least three (if not more) minutes closer to midnight. Which would put it on par with its setting back in 1984. Definitely not a good thing folks.
The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists site: http://www.thebulletin.org
For those that don’t know who they are you can check out wikipedia listing.
Supposedly the update is to occur at 9:30EST. This should be interesting (I use the term very very lightly) for sure.
UPDATE:
They have released their new site (much improved) with the clock now 5 minutes to midnight! I was a minute too fast, thank goodness. But still…yikes, this is not a good thing folks.
Two excerts from the site:
“We stand at the brink of a second nuclear age. Not since the first atomic bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki has the world faced such perilous choices.“
AND
“This deteriorating state of global affairs leads the Board of Directors of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists–in consultation with a Board of Sponsors that includes 18 Nobel laureates–to move the minute hand of the “Doomsday Clock†from seven to five minutes to midnight.”
Governments, it is time to listen and stop playing with the oil.

Ok, this is really open for comments here.. but after I noticed a UK article was now showing up on Reuters, it has caused a little concern in people and technology.
Obedient motorist crashes on satnav command
Are we this incapable of deciding whether little Johnny should jump (or in this case drive his car onto a railroad) off a bridge?
Or have the Germans become this reliant (and I only refer to Germans since this is what the article is referencing) that they can no longer even drive their car using their own brains?
Here is another article from Dec that seem to be providing proof of this navigation brain drain!
Crash, bang with satellite navigation
Does this concern anyone else? Has anyone else actually did what their nav system told them to do and it was really wrong?

Dentist pulled out teeth ‘as a lesson’
Check out this UK article on a dentist pulling 2 teeth from an 87 year old woman against her will.
Telegraph Article
The story doesn’t add up personally to me, but you know those Brits.
Anyhow, it makes you want to run right out and visit your local dentist today.
Heck I think I should look up a good ole tooth Dr for a spot of tea at high noon I believe. Maybe he can help alleviate me of my two front teeth.

Anyone seen this yet? wikileaks.org
“uncensorable Wikipedia for untraceable mass document leaking and analysis”
Is this a good thing a bad thing or will make things better or worse.
If anything it might put Tor maybe in a more favorable / grown stance along with Freenet.

We wonder why some people worry about what the future generations bring to the table?
Need look no further than this.
Thank goodness their are some exceptional kids out there to make up for these lost souls. Hey at least they had a hose standing by. Maybe they will make management since they know how to plan ahead!
